Description

Les Reading took control of the Lane End pantomime yet again in 1980 this time producing the classic tale of Jack and the Beanstalk

Probably the most famous pantomime story not yet produced by the Lane End Players and this was yet another successful show. The characters were fun with the right amount of slapstick comedy and well timed ad-libs. This year the sets and costumes were especially colourful and really added to the magic of this popular pantomime.
