LEP win 5 district NODA awards
Story
We are proud to announce that 5 of our members have won 2025 NODA District Awards. We fall within the London District for NODA and were up against some stiff competition so for these 5 to win these awards is a huge achievement. They will now have the opportunity to attend the NODA event in June to collect their District Awards and then go on to possibly win the overall Regional Award in each category, so fingers crossed.
Warren Palmer won the award for best male characters in a play for playing Eric in our 2024 Spring Production of 'Chip Shop Chips'. For our 2025 Pantomime, Dick Whittington, Waheeda Jafferali won the award for best pantomime performance for her role as Queen Rat. The award for 'best cameo' was won by Rhiannon Langan for playing Queen Catherine in our Autumn 2025 production, Nell Gwynn. Lexy Jackman-Morrissey deservedly won the award for outstanding contribution for an under 30 year old. Last, but certianly not least, Tish Marshall won the award for unsung hero, a justified award for all of Tish's hard work, year in and year out, making sure all of our shows have the very best costumes.
