Nativity Pageant - Christmas in the Village - 4th December 2021
Nativity 2021!
Sadly, in 2020, the Lane End Players’ outdoor Nativity event was cancelled at the last minute due to changes in Covid restrictions, but we promised then to bring it back in 2021… and the Players kept their promises! On Saturday December 4th at 5 pm on Church Green, we performed our open air Nativity pageant, with angels and kings, a donkey, a stable, a star… All the wonder of the Christmas story, accompanied by carols sung by our “Masked Choir”
The event was sponsored by the Parish Council and the South Chiltern Community Board and is part of our Christmas in The Village Celebrations, so there was mulled wine and mince pies served after the performance, courtesy of the Parish Council.
